The functionality of the TimeFleX groupcalendar combines displaying of appointments and blocked resources for all team members and employees in the existing Lotus Notes environment. The amount of information prompted can be defined down to minor details.

The main screen can be instantly refreshed to

display the calendars for your organization for as little as one day or as much as one year at a glance (or any amount of time in between) which also can be printed in timeline format.  Simply highlighting the calendar entry in question for any member will instantly display a pop-up indicating detailed calendar information.  (This does require calendar access privileges, therefore information will not be shown if exists the need to protect sensitive information.)

 Version 3 shows appointments for a single day along a timeline.  The same prompt indicates the overall weekly workload. All entries can be opened directly like in the annual view.

An optimized TimeFleX calendar dialog can optionally be used for the creation of new calendar entries (instead of the standard Lotus Notes calendar entry form) at the click of any open area on the calendar for any user. (provided privileges are sufficient.)

By using a custom interface, TimeFleX can also be used inside your own custom database (e.g. project database).
