Support

 

Timeflex support is offered courteously in English or Spanish via the instructions below.

 

Support for Timeflex can be obtained by one or all of the following methods:

 

  1. Email - info@southeastern.biz.  Please state your problem and a method for us to contact you.
  2. Phone - Please call (678)807-6156 x 220 at any time during business hours to obtain support in English.
  3. Remote Support with Live Help:  Click on the Live Help button.  This is a one-way VNC screen sharing program initiated by you to us to allow us to physically see your screen and make adjustments to your Timeflex installation (with your permission of course).  Click on the Live Help button, save the help.exe file to your desktop, then run the program.  Double-click on Southeastern Support to begin.

 

  1. Live Chat:  If a representative is online, chat directly on our website in the box to the right.

We are working away diligently to provide you the next major release of TimeFleX.   The new Composite version is planned to have complete integration with Lotus ND8.  All existing maintenance contract customers are entitled to a free upgrade.

 

Some of our exciting new objectives are:

*Eclipse integration to leverage the functionality of the Lotus Sidebar. 

*Enhanced Comprehensive Web Functionality for the whole Timeflex application.  This will permit you to post Vacation calendars or anything you wish functionally on a website or intranet site.

TimeFleX Version

 4 Released!
